Q

What time do flights launch?

A

Because winds are the most calm and predictable during the early morning hours, we meet at sunrise and take off shortly thereafter.

Q

How long is the experience?

A

We recommend that passengers allow approximately 3 hours for the entire flight experience.

Q

Do you fly in the Winter?

A

Yes, we fly year-around weather permitting. Often times due to an inversion layer, it feels warmer during the flight than on the ground. We recommend passengers wear a hat, gloves, a heavy weight jacket and warm shoes/boots.

Q

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

A

High winds, rain, snow, and low visibility can prevent balloons from flying. If your flight is canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions, we will do our best to reschedule your reservation for the next available flight upon request.

Your credit card will not be charged prior to your flight. Payment is processed in full after your flight is completed.
